    1. Log in to Bank of America

    2. Select your account

    3. Select the Add an authorized user link on the Information & Services tab

      Note: When adding an accounting firm, we need read-only + 3rd party integration access.

    1. Log in to Bank of America

    2. Navigate to Accounts

    3. Click on Contact Info

    4. Make updates as necessary

Bank of America

  • Adding a user to a Credit Card

    1. Log in to your Chase account

    2. Select the credit card account you want to share

    3. Click More

    4. Click Account services

    5. Click Add an authorized user

    6. Fill out the form with the authorized user's full name, date of birth, and address

    7. For security, verify your identity with an activation code sent via text

    8. Select Next

    9. Review the information for accuracy and choose Add user

    10. Provide the username to your authorized user

    11. The authorized user will receive an email from Chase with a temporary password to sign in

    Adding a user to a Bank Account

    1. Sign in to your Chase account 

    2. Select Account management 

    3. Select Access & Security Manager 

    4. Select Add authorized user 

    5. Enter the authorized user's information, including their full name, date of birth, and address 

    6. Select Next 

    7. Review the information and select Add user 

    8. Provide the authorized user with their username 

    9. Chase will send the authorized user an email with a temporary password

    1. Log in to Chase Bank

    2. Select Forgot username/password on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions

Chase

    1. Log in to your online account

    2. Select the Services tab

    3. Select Credit Card Services from the drop-down menu

    4. Provide the following information for the authorized user:

      • Name

      • Birth date

      • Home address


        Note: When adding an accounting firm, we need read-only + 3rd party integration access.

  • Use User Profile to access the User Profile Summary Form: 

    1. Click Access Management on the CitiDirect navigation bar 

    2. Click User Profile

    Use the My Citi dashboard to change your Citi Online User ID: 

    1. Click the My Profile link 

    2. Choose Citi Online Preferences 

    3. Click Change User ID 

    4. Enter your new User ID and authenticate with your password

  • 1. Log in to Citi.com

    2. Select Forgot User ID or Password

    3. Choose the type of account or card associated with your password

    4. Follow the instructions

Citi Bank

    1. Log in to your US Bank account

    2. Open the main menu and select Manage accounts

    3. Choose My shared accounts or Manage shared accounts

    4. Select Add user or Enroll now

    5. Enter the user's first and last name, email address, and phone number

    6. Choose which accounts they'll have access to and whether they can make transactions

    7. Review the Terms and Conditions and select Submit to send the invitation 

    Note: Shared access users do not have statement access due to security measures implemented by US Bank.

    1. Select Profile & settings at the top of the page, then choose Manage profile and settings

    2. Select Edit business details

    3. To update, select Edit by the information you'd like to change

    4. Follow the applicable steps within digital banking, then select Submit

  • To change your password using online banking

    1. Select Profile & settings, then Manage profile & settings

    2. Select Edit login preferences, then choose Edit to the right of "Password"

    3. Provide your current password. Then enter a new password and re-enter it once more

    4. When complete, select Update password

    To change your password using the U.S. Bank Mobile App

    1. Open the main menu, select Security center

    2. Select Update password, then choose Change password

    3. Provide your current password. Then enter a new password and re-enter it once more

    4. When complete, select Update password
