Connected Accounting’s CEO reflects on 4 Year Anniversary

I am in a reflective mood as Connected Accounting celebrates its fourth year. It's been a year full of excitement, challenges, and foundational work, and I want to share some of my thoughts with you.
First and foremost, I want to express my deep gratitude. I am immensely thankful for our incredible team at Connected Accounting, including Kat and Nicole, who have been unwavering in their commitment to our clients and our shared vision. They are the heart of our incredible culture, one that's all about growth, exceptional service, and positively impacting our communities. To every team member, your dedication to making Connected Accounting the best place to work in cloud accounting is truly appreciated.
I'd also like to thank the broader Cloud Accounting community. Over the years, I've connected with fellow leaders and vendors - at conferences, on ski slopes, or in a boardroom. Your warmth and knowledge-sharing have been invaluable as we navigate this journey together.
Looking ahead, I'm filled with excitement. We've invested the last 12 months in streamlining and strengthening our processes while continuing to grow our team. With expansion comes opportunities, and we've seen several outstanding individuals earn promotions or take on more responsibilities within their current roles.
This growth required significant investment and I am delighted to report that we've maintained both our employees' net promoter score over 90%, a testament to our incredible team and culture, and a 100% net promoter score from clients, proof of our high customer service and excellence throughout.
Lastly, I'm fueled by a relentless drive. Despite our successes over the past four years, I firmly believe that fresh challenges always lie ahead. I've harnessed lessons from my past missteps, and I'm resolutely committed to achieving superior results for both our clients and our team.
In the forthcoming year, our aim remains clear: welcoming new clients, testing and improving our processes, fortifying our leadership group, and honing our operational excellence, all while unwaveringly pursuing our ultimate goal—creating the ultimate workplace in cloud accounting.
